Return policy

You may return:

1.Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original tags.

2.Merchandise must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.

You may NOT return:

1.Underwear items and custom items.

2.Anything with discount of 40% off or more.

To make your return

1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

2. Next, write clearly order information and place it in the box with the items you are returning.

3. Once your package is received, please allow up to 3 business days for return processing.  You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

Something's not right?

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must, without exception, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.
